Tucked into the rugged terrain of Desert Palisades, Sheepfold draws its name and spirit from the bighorn sheep that quietly visit the site during its early construction. Drawn to the stillness and the water beneath an olive tree just outside the master bedroom, they became part of the home's story before the walls were ever raised. 

Built from stone and grounded in the hillside, the architecture is both modern and enduring, echoing the simplicity and quiet strength of a traditional sheepfold.

Every detail of the home was designed to feel rooted: in its material, its setting and its intention. 

As both architect and builder, Studio AR&D shaped Sheepfold from start to finish, allowing the design to carry through to construction with clarity and precision. The result is a home that feels cohesive, responsive, and deeply connected to its place.
